NO MORE MONGOS

Reduce the amount of toys tanks get . Wisp/shell/ skald snare not giving immunity/ vamps taking no dmg/ hero’s and warriors getting hit for 20dmg/ tanks hitting like its uthgard. This is unacceptable.
