Pyth has mentioned another reset. I have no opinion either way if/when it happens.
-Bard, Cleric and Druid all get healer RR5
They could probably do with something to make them more viable as the second support class in a group but I don't think that's the answer.

Been trying to think what to give clerics too, but seems like you're wanting to turn clerics into healers with shears.
-Bard DD RUT reduced by a few seconds
Why?
-Druid gets a cocoon; magic dmg cocoon; 5m RUT (absorbs ~80% for 10 sec)
Not opposed to druids getting something, but I don't see how a magic cocoon on a 5 min cooldown would help them against such little caster play compared to tanks.
-Shaman cocoon changed to 5m RUT (absorbs ~80% melee for 10 sec)
I still don't get the problem with shamans, but you're free to ban them from drafts if you want to.
-Cloak demezz removed from casters that don't have a demezz
Totally disagree. Sorc is already the most played caster, and that will just cement the set ups into healer, sorc, rest tanks even more so than now. Even on a demez caster you still have to use cloak to demez your healer pretty much every fight.
-Thane banned in 4v4 (maybe if we cry enough, the class won't be able to be logged in)
My problem with them was they made the draft unfun for me with how they could insta blap a caster from range if your healer was interrupted once. The aom charge seems to have helped so they've now been moved from the stupid retard list to the just annoying to play against list.
-Debuffs attached to shears removed from all shear classes, except Shaman; Shaman debuffs increased

You pointed out the buffing classes are already the weaker healers. How would this help them?

No. Don't play a theurg then.

But then my healer would only hit for 70 instead of 75 on pets.

Think Pyth increased melee absorb already?

Explain why, I don't see how making a caster with one form of cc even weaker to tanks would be a good thing.

Eh I don't know. I do hate champ debuffs, but I don't know how badly it would effect them.
