A well known issue with client 1.115+ has caused the mouse cursor to flicker and drop your framerate.

The best option is to downgrade your drivers to 13.4.

Another option could be using our modified game.dll. (1.117c)
Download .dll File
Simply move this file to your DAoC Directory, typically located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot.
