The name is as it suggests, this forum is used for questions in regards to help. Please write out your request here or try having it answered by people in IRC.
Password Recovery
- It's important to note that if you wish to recover a password you had to set your account email in-game.
Requests to change passwords must be from forum accounts with that same email and verified.
Otherwise there's no way to know if you were really the owner of the account.
