General Changes

Gear Re-optimized
Casters and Support classes will have their Strength and Quickness stats lowered to 50/118 and all melee toa bonuses will be removed. Exceptions will be Friar/Warden/Shaman for support classes.

True-Strike
Has been removed due to it being complete and utter dogshit and does not belong in the game.

Battlemaster
Bodyguard will automatically guard if you setup a hotkey instead of being a lazy piece of shit. And while your at it make sure and setup the intercept and engage also its 2018 learn to play.

Perfecter
Restore the Soul cooldown decreased 2m→ 30s.

Purge
This ability can now remove resurrection illness. Like it has for years.

Bolts
These spells have returned to a 2.0 cast time.

Weapon Speeds
One handed weapons will now be increased to a 4.4 speed cap.
Two handed weapons will now be increased to a 6.0 speed cap.

Champion Levels
Shield of War will now be a 10 minute buff with no recast timer.

Global cooldown reduced 90s→ 75s.
Harbinger's Curse cast speed debuff increased 25%→ 40%.
Raise Dead (Egg of Youth) radius increased 1000→ 1500.
Bedazzlement fumble debuff increased 15%→ 25%.
Fine Steel Longsword has been fixed and no longer has an omni proc but instead has a dehaste.

Class Changes

Animist
Forest Hearts now work like ice pets from theurgists.
RR5 Fungal Union no longer provides the animist with a shapechange, and has been reworked to allow the animist to cast 2 forest hearts at a time for the next 60 seconds. Max of 20.

Armsman
Golden Javelin has been given to this class.
Soldier's Citadel has been changed to a 40% melee absorb and a 60% magic resist that lasts for 15 seconds.

Bainshee
RR5 Sonic Barrier in addition to melee absorb will now send out a shockwave, stunning enemies for 4 seconds in a 700 pbae.
Bainshee form has been removed from offensive spells and will now only be triggered when the bainshee RR5s.

Blademaster
Blade Barrier parry has been reduced 70%→ 60%.
Flurry has been removed from the class as it's melee mechanics work the same as Berserkers.

Bonedancer
Fossil Seer haste debuff reduced 50%→ 35%.
Subpet cast time reduced 6s→ 4.5s.
Totem cooldowns reduced 5m→ 35s.

Champion
Stat debuff effectiveness decreased to match live.

Druid
Protective Spirit cooldown decreased 60s→ 40s.
Baseline DoT now has been changed to a 123 delve body DD.

Eldritch
Paralyzing AoE mez line in light specialization has had its range increased to 1650.
Aurora Blast (Baseline Light) damage increased 179→ 193.

Enchanter
Protection of the Underhill also gives the enchanter pet uninterrupted casting for 30seconds.
Aurora Blast (Baseline Light) damage increased 179→ 193.

Friar
RR5 Whirling Staff now silences as well as disarms.

Heretic
Fanaticism now affects all allies and has had the radius increased 1000→ 1500.
Rejuvenation now offers greater heals.

Mauler
Stoicism has been removed from this class.
Charge is now trainable.
Mauler has been granted Advanced Evade.
Owl Strike level 8 style in FW has a 45 delve body dd added.
Phoenix Strike 50 style FW proc has been increased and damage type changed 145→ 169 delve body dd.

Mentalist
Pulse charm range increased 2000→ 2300.
Somatic Resuscitation (Baseline Heal) value increased 231→ 293 and cast time reduced 2.8s→ 2.4s.
Aurora Blast (Baseline Light) damage increased 179→ 193.

Mercenary
Flurry has been removed from the class as it's melee mechanics work the same as Berserkers.
RR5 Blinding Dust no longer grants the Mercenary 25% combat speed and now provides a 25% melee absorb.
RR5 Blinding Dust range increased 350→ 500.

Minstrel
Golden Javelin has been removed.

Paladin
Crusader chant radius decreased 1500→ 1000. (500 radius on live.)
Celerity chant radius decreased 1500→ 1000. (750 radius on live.)
PBAoE heal cooldown increased 15s→ 30s.

Reaver
RR5 Soul Quench has had its dmg increased 250→ 350 and its siphon reduced from 75%→ 60% and the reaver to double hit for the next 30 seconds.
Leviathan is now a back style with 183 delve cold dd.
Constrictor has had its 45 delve dd removed and it is replaced with a 45 dex/quick debuff lasting 30sec.

Savage
Stat bonuses has been changed to 118/118 Dex and 101/118 Quickness.

Shaman
Baseline DoT now has been changed to a 112 delve spirit DD.
Spirit Shell reuse timer increased 5s→ 10s.

Skald
Adjusted RR5 effect animation.

Spiritmaster
Darkness spec AoE mez has had its range increased to 1650.

Thane
RR5 Mjollnir's Protection also grants the Thane 9 seconds of Phase Shift.
Mjolnir's Fury 50 hammer style has been reworked to be a back style.
Frost Hammer 12 hammer style has been reworked to be a 14 second snare.

Theurgist
Air pet stun has been removed. Air pets will now proc single target amnesia at 40% rate prior to hitting the target.

Valewalker
Lifetap damage-type changed from Energy to Body.
Instant debuff DD damage-type changed from Energy to Body.
Armor absorption buffs increased 15%/18%/30%/33%→ 18%/22%/32%/38%.
In addition to snaring enemies, Grasping Roots grants a 35% bonus to evasion for 5 seconds.

Valkyrie
RR5 Valhalla's Blessing also grants 10 seconds of group charge at 1500 range.
Stormlord will be replaced with Battlemaster as an ML choice.
PBAoE heal cooldown increased 15s→ 30s.
Golden Javelin has been removed.

Vampiir
Dementia resistance buffs have had their values reduced.
Magic - 5%/15%/26%/35%/44%→ 5%/10%/20%/30%/40%.
Melee - 5%/10%/14%/18%/22%→ 3%/8%/12%/16%/20%.
Vampiiric Embrace uninterruptable dd has had its range reduced to 1000.
Vampiir Bolt can now be cast in combat.
Golden Javelin has been removed.

Warrior
Tyr's Blessing - Self buff lasting 10 minutes that gives the warrior a 20% proc that debuffs enemies Crush/Slash/Thrust resistances by 15% for 15 seconds.
Polar Rift growth rate increased .87→ .98.
Added a side snare to Sword specialization.
Rush - 29 spec / 15 dur / 10 fatigue.
Golden Javelin has been given to this class.

Warden
Fury of Nature (35 Nurture) now grants 50% melee absorption and 50% magic resist for 15 seconds.
Glowing Blade snare duration increased 14s→ 19s.

Wizard
RR5 Wall of Flame has been changed to provide the wizard with 20s of 100% uninterrupted casting whilst the wizard is inside the wall.
